The free edition is the public paper. Premium is a 4-column broadsheet with a mobile edition and a Print/PDF builder so you can pick stories and save a custom PDF. Same reporting. Different newspaper.
Never. The full Lincoln County list is public. Pro is extra tools on that same page — filters, a device-only watch list, copy, and print-what’s-on-screen. A booking is not a conviction.
