This open to the public annual celebration hopes to bring together residents, visitors, local businesses, artists, and food vendors for a dynamic July Saturday summer on the coast.
Proceeds of this event benefits the Moose International Heart of the Community: the Moose Charities as well as local non-profit advocacies and charity organizations.
We look forward to welcoming vendors who contribute to a fun, family-friendly festival experience.
- When: Saturday, July 25, 2026
- Market Time: Noon – 5:00 PM
- Venue: In front of Waldport Moose Lodge 396 250 NW John St. Waldport, OR 97394
Booth Donation: The minimum donation is $30.00 per booth/table.
- Payment is due on the day of the event before setup at the designated Registration Table.
- If paying by check, please make payable to: Waldport Moose Lodge 396
- Due to space limitations, only one (1) booth/table per vendor is permitted this year.
Event Schedule:
- Vendor Setup: Saturday, July 25, 2026 9:00 AM – Noon
- Application Deadline: Monday, July 20, 2026 at 7:00 PM (or until all spaces have been filled)
